Overview

Southard Homes LLC - The Terre Vista project features the creation of ten larger, modern single-family homes. These homes will feature 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 full bathrooms with 2 car garage. The lots are located on Ferndale St and Vista Glenn St in the Terre Vista Subdivision just off Poplar Street in Terre Haute, IN. READI funds will be used for sanitary sewer, water tap fees, and concrete sidewalks/driveways. The approximate timeline of this project is September 2023 to October 2024. Matching funds will be provided by Southard Homes, LLC.
