READI 2.0 Investments Take off in Southern Indiana, Fostering Quality of Place Assets
JEFFERSONVILLE (Dec. 18, 2024) – The Our Southern Indiana region last week announced its awards through the Indiana Regional Acceleration and Development Initiative 2.0 (READI 2.0), allocating funding to projects across Clark, Floyd, Jefferson, Scott and Washington counties to accelerate quality of place and foster vibrant communities. The region awarded more than $3.6 million to initiatives that will increase childcare for residents, supporting area families and enabling continued community and economic growth.

INDIANAPOLIS (Nov. 25, 2024) – Local and regional leaders in Zionsville today announced the allocation of a $4 million READI 2.0 allocation to support the development of the town’s South Village, a 160-acre development area south of the heart of downtown Zionsville that will expand the town’s center and improve access to and through the town for residents, business owners and visitors.

IHCDA, READI 2.0 Investments Set to Accelerate Affordable Housing for Hoosiers
INDIANAPOLIS (Nov. 21, 2024) – The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) today announced over $26 million in awards for the 2025 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, which uses tax credits to incentivize private developers to fund the construction, acquisition and rehabilitation of affordable housing communities throughout Indiana. Of the projects awarded, six are also approved to receive state funding through Governor Eric J. Holcomb’s Indiana Regional Acceleration and Development Initiative 2.0 (READI 2.0), accelerating the growth of affordable housing for Hoosiers statewide.
