180 Makeover - Thorntown Pizza King
Overview
Paint both buildings to match and create consistency throughout downtown. Plans are to hang string lights across the alleyway between buildings. A new sidewalk in the front of 116 is necessary. Add new outside furniture for customers to enjoy at both buildings. Add a mural to the building to create more color and tourism to our downtown. READI funds will be used for building painting and lighting. The owner will match the funds to complete the sidewalk, mural, outdoor furniture, and rebuild one wall. The project will begin in May 2024 and be complete by the end of Q3 2024. Jeff and Sheri Randel will be providing matching funds.
