The project will be to commission an artist to advise the city as to which of the Schiefer sculptures should be considered for placement in the city. It will be the artists' responsibility to design the master plan for the placement, which includes physical layout, lighting, and landscaping that would artistically enhance the sculptures. The locations will also have QR codes linked to detailed information about each sculpture. The READI funds will be used for the master plan. The city matching funds will be used to purchase the sculptures from the estate and other matching funds will be used for installation. The project will begin in May 2024 and be completed in April 2025.
