180 Makeover - Umbarger Plaza Bargersville
Overview
Demolition and site work including landscaping an amenities for the larger Umbarger Plaza project. The plaza is redevelopment of a business space (business is relocating) to public space for gatherings and performances along the railroad tracks adjacent to downtown and the town offices. The READI funds will specifically be used for demolition, landscaping and irrigation, fencing, and site furnishings (Benches, Bike racks, Tables, Trash Cans). Matchings funds will be provided by Bargersville Redevelopment Commission and Bargersville Parks District. The approximate timeline is November 2023 to December 2024.
