Overview

New Directions Housing Corporation - The River Valley Apartments project will bring 40 modern, age-friendly, 2 bedroom/2 bath apartments to the City of Terre Haute. The development will also contain a clubhouse with a community room, fitness center, laundry, playground, and management office. This project is geared toward seniors who are looking to age in place and is located near the Union Hospital campus on Hwy 41 and 4th Ave in Terre Haute, IN. READI funds will be used for site excavation, sanitary sewer, and stormwater sewer. Approximate timeline is March 2024 to October 2024. Matching funds will be provided by New Directions Housing Corporation.
