Overview

The property is currently a pub/bar (Echo Room) and has been used as such for decades. The space has not seen much change or renovation, but has been occupied constantly. Although occupied, the storefront will removed and rebuilt providing a more period-specific storefront and removing the mid-70s awning while also cleaning up, moving and hiding many of the visible wires and conduit. Additionally, the north face of the building will be restored. All chipping and peeling paint will be removed and restored and repainted. All windows on the building will be replaced. These windows are very large and prominent but look weathered and unflattering. The apartments in this space (2-3 apartments) will be demolished and rebuilt with access doors. The READI funds will be used for storefront renovation, electrical, and plumbing work. The project will begin in March 2025 and end in June 2025. Matching funds will be provided by Collier's Corner LLC.
