The Marshall County Career Innovation Center (MCCIC) will provide skill development and career exposure for students and workers to secure professional certifications or degrees and skills aligned with industry needs. Immediate outcomes include a 63% increase in CTE enrollment, 5 new CTE pathways, the # of adults who obtain their HSE and # of certifications or completion of employability skills training. Medium/long-term outcomes will include % of full-time/ benefitted vs. underemployed, economic movement from low-wage to middle-wage, County job retention, upward economic mobility at years 1 and 3 post-program, and growth of labor participation rates of target populations. READI funds will be allocated to PCSC for construction and improvements. Funding contributors include Marshall County, City of Plymouth, and PCSC. Additional contributors are anticipated.
